We understand there are many concerns during this time and we wish to assure our guests that the safety and wellbeing of our customers and colleagues are of most importance.

 

Health and Hygiene:

As part of our ongoing effort to minimize the spread of infection and to safeguard the safety and health of our guests and colleagues, our hotel has taken a series of precautionary measures including:

– Limousine is disinfected before and after each use.

– Temperature screening is conducted at all key entry points and sanitizers are available at guest and colleague contact points.

– Face masks, hand sanitizers and other protective items are available for guests to use.

– All public washroom facilities are equipped with anti-bacterial soap and hand sanitizers. Cubicles are cleaned with hospital grade disinfectant, especially high touchpoints which are disinfected every 20 minutes.

– Guestrooms are disinfected after each check out.

– Enhanced daily hotel’s linen with special disinfectant processes that sanitizes laundry hygienically by professional staff with the stringent measure.

– Guest laundry is handled with individual packaging to avoid contamination.

– Signage in public spaces will remind our guests to maintain social distancing to provide an extra level of precaution for our guests and our colleagues.

– All our colleagues are professionally trained in hygiene and sanitation protocols.

– All our colleagues are equipped with personal protective equipment (PPE), practice strict personal hygiene and safety precautions at work and to stay at home if they are unwell.

 

Cancellation Fee Waiver:

In view of the current COVID-19 situation, for all reservations made prior to 1 April 2020, including advanced purchase rates, travelling to any of our hotels globally before 30 June 2020, will waive the cancellation charges regardless of booking channel, if cancelled more than 24 hours prior to arrival date.

For all other reservations, our normal cancellation policy applies.
