For the use of wireless internet (Wi-Fi) within the property, the "Property" as the data controller will collect your personal data, including registration information, usage of internet services, IP address, date and time of internet usage, and URL addresses used. This data collection is conducted to create computer traffic data (Log file) in accordance with the Computer-Related Offenses Act B.E. 2550 and related regulations. The property will manage your data with caution and awareness of your personal data protection, implementing appropriate security measures not less than what is required by law. Once the relationship concludes (after 90 days), the property will delete this data after it is no longer necessary for the purpose of data collection. All of this is done in accordance with the principles and details of personal data protection and computer-related offenses as prescribed by law.
If you enter the premises of the "Property" as the data controller, personal data in the form of photographs of you will be collected for the purpose of ensuring your safety and the security of the hotel area. The hotel will manage your data with caution and awareness of your personal data protection, implementing appropriate security measures not less than what is required by law. Once the relationship under these conditions concludes, the hotel will delete this data after it is no longer necessary for the purpose of data collection. All of this is done in accordance with the principles and details of personal data protection as prescribed by the Personal Data Protection Announcement.
