2) Personal Data Requirement:

When you check-in, we kindly ask for specific personal data – your full name, nationality, passport/ID number, contact information, and stay dates. We do this not just to comply with legal regulations and contractual obligations, but also to provide you with a secure and comfortable stay. Without these details, we may face challenges in completing the check-in process, ensuring your safety, and granting access to our facilities and amenities.

3) Personal Data Collection and Period:

Throughout your stay, we'll be collecting and utilizing certain personal data. This includes your full name, contact information, nationality, passport/ID number, and room preferences. This information is crucial for delivering the level of service you deserve. After your departure, we'll retain this data for a reasonable period for our marketing and operation purposes and/or as required by law. Rest assured, your data will be treated with the utmost respect and in accordance with the security standards set by the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and other relevant regulations.

4) Disclosure Categories:

For smooth operations and to provide you with the best experience, we may disclose your personal data to several categories of staff members, including front desk and reservation personnel, housekeeping teams, security staff, and our management and administrative teams. However, your data won't be used for any unauthorized marketing purposes. We prioritize your privacy and ensure that your information remains confidential and is exclusively used as outlined in the "Purpose of Collection, Use, Disclosure" section of this registration card.

6) Rights of Data Subjects:

Your rights as a data subject under the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) empower you to have control over your personal data. You have the right to access the personal data we hold and understand its usage. If you find any inaccuracies, you can request corrections. Should the data no longer be necessary, you can ask for its removal. In specific situations, you can also limit the processing of your data or object to it for certain purposes. Moreover, you have the right to obtain and reuse your data across different services and can withdraw your consent for data processing anytime.

7) Announcement Regarding Privacy in Using Wireless Internet (Wi-Fi) Service

For the use of wireless internet (Wi-Fi) within the property, the "Property" as the data controller will collect your personal data, including registration information, usage of internet services, IP address, date and time of internet usage, and URL addresses used. This data collection is conducted to create computer traffic data (Log file) in accordance with the Computer-Related Offenses Act B.E. 2550 and related regulations. The property will manage your data with caution and awareness of your personal data protection, implementing appropriate security measures not less than what is required by law. Once the relationship concludes (after 90 days), the property will delete this data after it is no longer necessary for the purpose of data collection. All of this is done in accordance with the principles and details of personal data protection and computer-related offenses as prescribed by law.

8) Announcement Regarding Privacy in the Installation of Closed-Circuit Televisions (CCTV)

If you enter the premises of the "Property" as the data controller, personal data in the form of photographs of you will be collected for the purpose of ensuring your safety and the security of the hotel area. The hotel will manage your data with caution and awareness of your personal data protection, implementing appropriate security measures not less than what is required by law. Once the relationship under these conditions concludes, the hotel will delete this data after it is no longer necessary for the purpose of data collection. All of this is done in accordance with the principles and details of personal data protection as prescribed by the Personal Data Protection Announcement.
